One of the sites that stood out to me was <a href="http://www.paid2youtube.com/?r=wickedsoul">Paid2Youtube</a>. As the name says your paid to youtube. They give you a set of videos to watch each day and after clicking the link you get 1 cent. That doesn't sound like a lot just for clicking a link but it builds up. Along with that they pay you 15 cents for commenting and 35 cents for subscribing to the links they give you.
